General Terms and Conditions I like Switzerland GmbH


These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") govern the contractual relationship between I like Switzerland GmbH ("tellbook.ch") and its customers (hereinafter referred to as "customer"). The customer unconditionally accepts the following provisions by completing the registration form and creating a user account ("tellbook.ch account") on the tellbook.ch website or by sending an inquiry via the contact form. tellbook.ch reserves the right to subsequently amend or supplement the GTC. These changes will only become part of the contract if the customer does not object within 14 days of becoming aware of them. In the event of disputes, Swiss substantive law shall apply exclusively, to the exclusion of conflict-of-law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG, Vienna Sales Convention) is explicitly excluded.


The exclusive place of jurisdiction for legal disputes shall be the registered office of I like Switzerland GmbH, unless the law provides for other mandatory places of jurisdiction.
